General Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at www.saffroncult.com. We process and assemble orders in our warehouse daily Monday through Friday. All processed orders are shipped from our warehouse by 2 pm Monday through Friday.
Saffroncult.com periodically offers discount codes to our existing and new customers. We only guarantee the validity and success of discount codes provided directly by saffroncult.com and not of any third party.
Shipping Options (Domestic Orders)
We offer FREE Shipping (2-7 business day transit time) on all domestic orders above ₹500.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. All orders processed after 3 pm will be considered next business day orders. (Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends. Orders processed on Friday after 3 pm will continue processing on the following business day.)
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Saffron Cult due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for the delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping as the re-delivery cost. Saffron Cult is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Once an order has been submitted, we offer services that allow you to modify or cancel your order if needed. You can utilize these services by emailing our customer support department at info@saffroncult.com. Any edit or cancellation must be completed before your order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Saffron Cult is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Saffron Cult will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
It is up to the customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.
Damaged or Missing Products
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives at its destination. If any item is damaged upon arrival, please email our customer support staff at info@saffroncult.com with photos of the damages and necessary information to support your claim and we will be happy to assist you.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a Saffron Cult purchase for any reason, we will gladly return, refund, and exchange policies below. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Saffron Cult monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and lightly used condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you send us an email at info@saffroncult.com. Upon receiving your request, we will issue you a return code.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, should you require a pre-paid shipping service.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
